Pranjal Chaudhary is an Associate  with the New Delhi office of ThemiisLegal. He graduated from Campus Law Centre, Delhi, and did specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights from University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

He is part of the corporate practice group of the firm and focuses on IPR, Foreign Direct In, M&As, joint ventures, restructuring, general corporate and commercial matters. He has expertise on various related aspects of Indian commercial and company law across diverse sectors including automotive, aviation, e-commerce, chemicals, healthcare, information technology, IPR, manufacturing, and power. 

He has advised several foreign companies on anti-corruption, anti-bribery issues, anti-money laundering and fraud investigations.
